Calling All Challengers Elk Lighted Wall Clock 14 x 14 Inches
Limited Edition Wildlife Series. This clock features the artwork of Rosemarry Milette.
This celebrated South Dakota artist has been developing her natural talents and sharpening her skills since she was a young girl. Whether painting elk, pheasants or chickadees, her mastery of skills is apparent. Through careful study of her subject, Millette realistically portrays each animal’s physical structure and tone. Yet her paintings offer the viewer more than a photo-realistic representation. Her use of light, color, composition, and perspective emphasize the quintessential qualities of the animal.
Rosemary is very proud of her association with groups striving to preserve and protect wildlife and our natural environment. Her work has been selected for over a dozen state conservation stamps and she works closely with Pheasants Forever, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Minnesota Deer Hunter’s Association.
This limited edition clock measures 14 inches across. The outer lens is made from high quality optical lexan held in place with 3 removable rivets. It's scratch resistant and won't yellow over time. The advertisement face is cut out by a CNC router and the image is placed with a UV dried computer controlled printing process that will last for many years.
The back of the clock is made from black ABS plastic that houses a 22 watt fluorescent circuline bulb with an on/off switch in the cord. The clock is a battery operated quarts movement that runs from 1 double AA battery. This clock is awesome when lit! This is a must for any vintage or retro collector and would look great in your home, office, or garage.
