All metal signs and metal clocks are made to order and usually ships within 5-7 working days. Large orders (10+ signs) usually ships within 15 working days.
All lighted wall clocks, neon signs and neon clocks usually ships next business day.
- We do not offer any expedited or express shipping.
- We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost™.
- Please provide a street address as UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
We are required by the State of Illinois to collect 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to Illinois.
Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchased. You can return an item for a refund (less the original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee) within 14 days of delivery. (excluding personalized and custom signs).
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all orders, damaged products excluded.
- Personalized and Custom signs cannot be returned as they are considered "special order".
- You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- If your item was shipped with our free shipping promotion, you will be charged the original shipping cost.
- Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, sell-able condition, packed in original box with all parts(protective plastic film etc.) and all original packaging materials. If not, a 50% restocking fee will be issued.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to our office.
- Upon receipt and inspection at our office you will be issued a refund.
- You should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the products.
Damaged Products: You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
