Shipping

• All products (unless otherwise noted on the Product Detail Page) are handmade to order and will ship within 6-10 business days (Weekends and Holidays not included). Delivery time will be 2-8 business days once your order has shipped.
• We do not offer any expedited or express shipping.
• We ship to the US 48 contiguous states only with FREE UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx Smartpost™. 
• Please provide a street address as UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Do You Have a Catalog?

Sorry, we do not offer a printed catalog as our merchandise changes too frequently to stay current.

Return Policy

You may return your items within 90 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

• Personalized and Custom signs cannot be returned as they are considered "special order".

Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchased. You can return an item for a refund within 90 days of receipt of item (excluding Personalized signs).

• Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, sellable condition, packed in original box with all parts and all original packaging materials. 
• You are responsible for shipping the item back to our office. 
• Upon receipt and inspection at our office you will be issued a credit less 15% restock fee.  All of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of our products our actual outbound shipping cost (15% of order total) will be deducted from your return refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the products.
